When you place an order, please provide accurate information. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card details. Your order is confirmed once payment is successful and you receive a confirmation.
We ship within the United States. Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery is typically 3-5 business days after shipment. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or weather.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. To start a return, email us at brandon@rhminnovations.com. Products must be returned in their original condition. We process refunds within 5-10 business days after we receive the item.
